1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Arai33 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://arai33.cam and all related gaming services, mobile applications, promotional materials, and support channels provided thereunder.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on arai33. Operating multiple accounts — whether for personal use, to circumvent limits, or to abuse promotional offers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is truthful and that you will promptly update your details if they change.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Arai33 is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawal requests, and may initiate KYC verification at any time it deems necessary. Requested documentation typically includes, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (front of payment card, eWallet screenshot, or bank account confirmation)
• Any additional documentation as reasonably requested by our compliance team

Documents must be clear, unaltered, and submitted in the formats specified by our support team. Arai33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification and to close accounts where verification cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 5. Terms of Use

Your account is for your personal, non-commercial use exclusively. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account, receive assistance from third parties in placing wagers, or operate your account for the financial benefit of any other individual or entity.

5.2 Technical Restrictions

You agree not to use any software, script, robot, crawler, spider, or other automated tool that accesses or interacts with the Platform without our prior written consent. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform's systems, infrastructure, or data. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or manipulate the outcome of any game is a material breach of these Terms.

5.3 Accurate Information Obligation

You warrant that all information provided to arai33 at any time — including during registration, KYC, payment processing, and customer support interactions — is accurate, truthful, and not misleading. Providing false or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on arai33 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in MYR via DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Currency conversion, where applicable for cryptocurrency deposits, is performed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your arai33 wallet upon confirmation of successful payment from your selected provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed at the time of deposit. Arai33 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including payments made using accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical feasibility.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Arai33 targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified withdrawal requests during standard operating hours. During high-volume periods or for large amounts, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Arai33 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly those exceeding MYR 10,000 per transaction.

6.3 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of MYR 50 per month, deducted from the account balance, after written notice has been provided to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance after 24 months of inactivity may be closed without further notice.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Arai33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion and the following general bonus terms, which apply in addition to any promotion-specific conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated per promotion) before they can be withdrawn. Example: a RM 100 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement requires RM 1,500 in total qualifying wagers.
• Maximum Bet: While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is typically capped at MYR 250–500 unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) may contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be utilised and wagering requirements completed within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Expired bonus funds will be removed from your account automatically.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the arai33 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point in the account lifecycle;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, financial crime, or other illegal purpose;
• Colluding with other players or exploiting game vulnerabilities or software errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting systems, bots, macros, or any software designed to interfere with the normal operation of the Platform;
• Abusing bonuses through coordinated play, systematic exploitation of promotional terms, or the use of multiple accounts;
• Placing wagers on behalf of any third party, accepting wagers from others, or acting as an agent for another person's gambling activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing arai33 staff members, other players, or any person associated with the Platform through any communication channel;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's systems, accounts, or data infrastructure;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after wagering has occurred without the express consent of arai33.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the arai33 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, text, audio-visual materials, and documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of Arai33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any right to copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.

The "Arai33" name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of Arai33. Unauthorised use of these marks in connection with any competing service, promotional material, or digital content is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, arai33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, arai33 specifically disclaims liability for:

• Loss of data, winnings, or account access due to technical failure, cyberattack, or Force Majeure events beyond our reasonable control;
• Decisions made by the Platform's game engines, RNG systems, or sports betting settlement engines, all of which are subject to independent third-party certification;
• Any interruption to services caused by planned maintenance, emergency infrastructure work, or external network failures;
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers in connection with deposits, withdrawals, or currency conversions;

Where arai33's liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Suspension & Termination

Arai33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur;
• An account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes;
• Providing continued service may expose arai33 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk;
• You have requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling programme;
• We are required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or court order.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recent withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification and any outstanding investigations.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team in writing. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Self-exclusion requests under our Responsible Gambling programme are processed within 24 hours.

12. Responsible Gambling

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the arai33 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the specified exclusion period.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which arai33 holds its operating licence, as updated from time to time. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with arai33 through our internal complaint resolution process, which is available at no cost to you by contacting our support team in writing. We commit to acknowledging all formal written complaints within 5 business days and providing a full written response within 28 calendar days of receipt.

Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. If you are a Malaysian consumer, your rights under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation remain unaffected by these Terms.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Arai33 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via their registered email address and displayed prominently on the Platform at least 14 calendar days before the changes take effect.

Where an amendment is required urgently due to regulatory obligations, legal requirements, security concerns, or emergency circumstances, changes may take effect with shorter notice or immediately. In such cases, a prominent in-platform notification will be displayed at your next login.

Your continued use of the arai33 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and, if you wish, request account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.
